Place is trash , and service is slow and extremely rude , the order was wrong, and I can go on and on about the bad stuff here
Served me raw chicken, some of which I accidentally ate because I was distracted. I ate one snackwrap without even looking because I was rushing. On the second one, I was able to sit down and eat it when I noticed. Had to throw both of my kids chicken away too because I wasn’t risking it. He refunded just the snack wrap. The manager didn’t really seem to care in general and said it never happens so it wasn’t a big deal to him. Meanwhile, I’ll be on the lookout for food poisoning.
They tried to pass an iced caramel coffee off as an iced caramel macchiato. Had to pull back through drive-thru and explain that the iced coffee is not the same thing as the iced caramel macchiato and had them remake it and imagine that I got the macchiato the second time around. I have a feeling they're trying to pass that iced coffee off as the iced macchiato and they don't taste anywhere near the same and they're a much different price. If I'm going to pay $5 for a macchiato I want a macchiato not the $2 iced coffee.
Placed a order through the mobile app and they told me there was a issue with their app if you place it on WiFi then you can’t get your food I spent over 20 dollars and they said that I could come up there and repay for it and wait 2-3 business days to get my money back for the food. They need to get their app fixed asap on their side because this is their fault
