I have been coming to this specific McDonalds for over two years since I’ve moved last February. Overtime this McDonald’s has only gotten better and the customer service is really good, especially on weekends! Last week I came through the drive-through and ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a large fries and a Dr. Pepper for my 12 year old son. Big thanks to Alfred. Great service!!! My husband was sugar low. I ran in and order some food. I told Alfred may I get the fries and drink asap. He was helping me fast. And take the food to the car. Quick drive through for a happy meal
This store discriminates against who the client is and treat clients based on the size of order. I learned it from my experience today. I ordered a meal (burger, fries and drink) for my son today using their drive-thru line. They did not deliver the bag to my son, and asked him go to the curbside to wait. 10 min later, my son came inside. The cashier took the receipt but did not give the meal to my son after another 10-15 min wait inside without saying any reasons for the delay.
