The service here is awful. It took over 30 minutes to wait for a single happy meal. Multiple customers were also waiting for their food as well. I almost missed my daughters holiday concert as a result. I understand things can be for get really busy. But they seem to be completely unprepared for a dinner rush. The manager seem to be overwhelmed as well as unconcerned for other patrons who are waiting inside the restaurant for their food. I ordered ahead on the app. 25 minutes later, I still didn’t get my food, so I left even though it’s paid for. They had a full kitchen and everyone looked like they were moving, but zero food was coming out for anyone. I won’t be back, not when every fast food chain imaginable is on S 4th St. Horrible service
