22 October 2025 around 3:30PM I normally focus on the positive when leaving reviews, but this experience left me feeling disrespected and humiliated. When I pulled up to the first window to pay for my order, I had a brief issue getting my Apple Pay to work. Instead of being patient, the woman taking payments repeatedly moved the device back and forth so I couldn’t tap my phone. Typical franchise. Food is about the same. Drive thru seems to work efficiently.
In the mornings, it's not busy but takes 20-25 minutes to get food. You look inside and see 4 or 5 people just hanging out, drinking their McDonalds coffees, talking about other employees, and you can't really do anything other than drive off because you likely have somewhere to be. The food is prepared quickly, but it just doesn't make it from the food organizer to the customer. This place has a serious management problem.
