I was working pretty hard today in my backyard painting my fence and decided to reward myself with McDonald’s afterward. It’s about 10:40 when I place my mobile order, and only the drive-thru option for pickup is available. I had a negative experience at this McDonald's, largely due to an older gentleman with glasses working at the front counter. He consistently behaves in a cocky and rude manner towards customers. Today, I attempted to redeem a 'buy one get one free' McChicken offer that I received after completing a survey. However, the same employee who took my order insisted that the BOGO promotion meant 'buy one, get the second for one dollar.'
