Service only got a one because I can’t rate a zero. Food was alright, but took forever.
My family went through the drive thru around 8:46pm tonight on 7/11/2026 and the girl taking our order was very rude. When we got to the window she said our total with a very demanding tone shot us the DIRTIEST look, we paid, she slammed the door in our face and continued to walk away while playing on her phone and didn't even ask if we needed a recipt.... I was in the Drive thru for 15 minutes (no other cars were there). My food was cold and by the time I got home 1.5 miles the meat on the Big Mac was hard, dry and the buns were burnt. The buns on Quarter Pounders were soggy and meat was cold. The fries were cold and limpy. I am so disappointed with the lack of service and disservice from the employees.
