The lady at the window was nice. However my breakfast was nasty. The eggs on my egg mcmuffins tasted like they had been hard boiled and then microwaved to cook them even more. Just tasted nasty. I would leave a photo but I already fed it to my dog. I was hungry and now I'm just disappointed.
If zero stars was an option, I'd give it that. I watched employees intentionally ignore over 10 customers trying to get assistance at the counter. When a customer asked to have their order taken after waiting over 10 minutes at the register, the employee shrugged and said "gotta use the kiosk." We waited over 20 minutes for an order only for it to be missing 3 items. There was no one to tell the item was missing, so we left. Horrific service.
