Absolutely terrible service. Got a mobile order, got told to move to spot one, where we waited for 30 minutes and had them come ask us 3 times w 2 different ppl what our order was bc they “didn’t know what’s going on” the took our receipt where we waited another 10 minutes. Absolutely terrible
Food and service was good but there was no one n the lobby other than me and my husband and almost every table was dirty the lobby was dirty and they had no excuse to not clean it they were not busy.
They never get anything right. 9 times out of 10 your oder is messed up. They need a store manager that's actually going to train their employees
Yesterday the General Manager came to me and spoke to me about soliciting. I was literally sitting by myself drinking my sweet tea. I was about to head out shortly anyways. But accusing me of soliciting while minding my own business isnt right. I normally get a small water or upto a large tea and at times breakfast as well. Im not talking to other customers or employees unless they speak to me first so how am i soliciting if im not selling anything or asking for donations.
