I redeemed points for a sausage/egg McMuffin. My order was cancelled, with no explanation why. Employees at restaurant had no explanation. They just looked at my phone verified that I was at the correct location, and that I had indeed placed the order. They said we don't know what the problem is, and proceeded to go back to work. I stood there for 5 minutes, no one ever offered an explanation, or attempted to solve the problem. They just acted like I wasn't even there, completely ignored me.
