Today I walked in for lunch and literally 7 workers pass thru the door that leads to the works by area and main kitchen, which passes the register where I was standing for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I walked out. Terrible service.
I showed up management does not allow employees to use the cash register so I had to use the kiosk so I did I took my kid to the play area where it smelled so bad of urine that I had to leave the area I sat down by the window next to the kiosk watching other customers come in I went to the restroom there was a customer in there as I was in there did not wash his hands went straight up to the kiosk after put his dirty hands all over the kiosk the next person that came in unknowingly put their hands all over the kiosk need I s... read more
no soda machine in dining room.
bathroom smells horrible and now they are charging for water, they make millions of dollars and they want you to pay for water unbelievable
