Wouldn't let me order at the drive thu on my scooter. Which is bs. Because its pretty much a Tesla.
The employees are always polite and courteous. We have not had any issues with our orders being inaccurate. The way the sandwiches are put together can be a little better as they seem to be just thrown together and are sometimes messy. I always use the app which speeds up the drive thru process.
Horrible, Horrible service. Manager type workers too busy talking to fellow workers, conversation was not at all work related. I stopped at an off time, no one in the dining area, several workers in the back, service was unbelievably slow and waited a long time for two cups of coffee. Couldn't do the McD survey because the receipt isn't legible enough to read the survey code. Drive thru customer came inside to pick up his order...he said he'd been waiting 10 minutes. What the heck?
