I recently had a disappointing experience at McDonald's, but it wasn't about the food. I tried to address a concern with a manager, but instead of listening, they became argumentative. Things escalated when a second manager stepped in, waving their hands aggressively and refusing to hear me out. What's even more concerning is that they provided a contact number for further communication, but warned me that the manager wouldn't respond.
