So many workers but nobody doing anything would rather stare at you than ask if you need something. Had to wait 20minutes on my mobile order that I ordered ahead of time probably the worst McDonalds I’ve been too
The customer service was absolutely awful! Its understandable being backed up on orders but as someone that was waiting for my own order and it taking so long to listen to the staff in the back speaking badly about customers when they were waiting to get a refund is absolutely disgusting. Staff get upset when being asked about the wait time or why they have been waiting for one thing for almost an hour was ridiculous how absolutely rude staff is.
I asked for a large drink I was given a medium size. They gave my food to the wrong person they took it back then gave it to me. I asked to get my order made again and she went to the kitchen and 3minutes later she handed me the same food and I know she didn’t have it made again so I thanked her and drove off but I didn’t eat the food. Terrible customer service
Came in to get two large cups of ice water and was told it would be $3.71. But on the board behind them, you could buy two big bags of ice for $2.49 I simply asked the lady I said are you sure that’s the correct price and she goes yes do you want it? I said no thank you and left.
