After I got off of work I came to this McDonald’s to get some food. The woman that was putting in my kiosk order I believe her name was Mia was very nice and welcoming. I was trying to use my rewards and use a 20% off coupon like every kiosk gives and she didn’t know what to do and that is fine. She then called for a manager to assist her and the manager was rude towards me and acted like she didn’t care for what I was saying and didn’t want to try to help me.
