Horrid customer service. The only lady that is nice is the sweet lady that always works the drive thru window 1. I placed a mobile pickup for curbside. I looked around for where I was supposed to be and I found curbside 1. I parked there and checked in. A girl came out and asked what I had and I told her and then she just never came back. Drive through very busy ,but the rest is ok
Slow, unfriendly, managers seem to not care, multiple people just standing around, always takes 20+ minutes to pickup an online order, and they don't awnser thier phone, worst mcdonalds I've been to by far
i dont ever leave reviews like this but yall gotta step it up 😕 recently the curbside pick up has been taking forever and it wasnt like this before. the first time it happened, i waited for 20 minutes. the second time was today and i waited around 15 minutes in my parking spot and so my drink came absolutely melted. :( both times, the drive thru was basically empty. seriously you guys gotta get a sense of urgency soon.
