I waited ~25-30 minutes for a McCrispy meal and my lunch for work is 45 minutes long. I get it’s lunch hour, it will be busy, but so busy to the point where I’m sitting in my car PRAYING my food will get to me in time to even eat it? Ridiculous.
waited close to 30 minutes for 2 sausage egg & cheese biscuits and 2 hashbrowns. absolutely ridiculous. eventually we had to go in and get a refund (which by the way i was shorted $4 on my refund and didn’t notice until i pulled off) i’ve worked fast food before, there’s no reason y'all shouldn’t have the materials prepped. sausage and egg should both already been on warmers prepped and ready to just make the sandwich’s. i’m now late to my appointment, didn’t get to eat, and lost out on $4 because y'all can’t read a receipt ... read more
There have been 4 of the adult happy meals that I have been aware of. This location was oblivious the the release of 2. The current McDonaldland meal has been all over the internet with today as a release date. No one in the store was aware. It's disappointing to be ready at a release date and nothing is ready. I waited from 1015 for 1030 and told two workers what i was waiting for. They waited until 1030 to relay that they had no idea what i was talking about.
They are VERY shorthanded right now.
