Came in at 10:45 pm on july 31. I ordered a large big mac combo, a 6 piece nugget, spicy mcchicken, large fry and a mcdouble. And a spicy snack wrap(completely missing) All of the food was cold and old. None of the sandwiches had onion or pickle. I attempted for 3 days to call the store but no answer.. Today August 2nd, I went into the store to try and get a replacement, and the lady manager on duty refused to replace my food, and refused to provide me contact information for distric manager. Too bad cant give 0 stars but that is what they deserve. Waited 25 minutes in drive thru, got pulled up to wait and when I got my fries, they were cold. I counted the cars that left after I got pulled....it was 10 of them!!!! No apologies for being slow either, just attitude...
Store was closed at 5:15am because there was no manager present. Unfortunately, no signs were posted to inform customers which left several waiting to be helped in the drive thru. Staff chose to ignore customers until they (the customers) left. When finally contacted, staff chose to be rude, defiant, and antagonistic instead of simply apologizing and rectifying a situation with a pre-scheduled order that was being picked up but now due to time constraints needed to be canceled. How hard is it to get orders right you go through the drive through because it is quick and easy and can get back on your way but only to find out once home that you are missing things from your order. It is apparent the staff isn’t making sure all food for the orders are in the bag before handing them to the customer which show a real lack of care
