Terrible service, they had me wait for a Steak egg and cheese bagel for over 15 minutes. I go in to get my refund, they then offer me a cold sandwich that was just sitting off to the side. This place has fallen off badly.
We stopped going to mcdonalds locations everywhere due to issues with food quality compared to price ratio. Today 6/22 we had a terribly long day and decided to stop at the McDonald's in Appomattox around 5pm-6pm. The crew that was working today around that time was awesome, super friendly and did their job well. The food was also some of the best McDonald's we have ever had. Didn't fix my order correctly... the lady at the drive thru was very nice though.
Slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. Waited in drive thru for 24 minutes before I got my order. This was at almost 9 pm on a Tuesday. Update: 6/12/2026 Still the slowest McDonald's. Used to be much faster when it was just one lane. Now that its 2 drive thru lanes it takes twice as long to get your food. Currently there is 1 vehicle that was asked to pull up to the 3rd window to wait on their food. 3 other vehicles are parked in Pick up parking spaces so thats FIVE people waiting for their food that they already ordered and... read more
