I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese mcmuffin, the bread was rock hard, the patty so old it was black and shriveled, so I politely asked for a fresh one, I started it eat it, and pulled a two inch black hair out of it, I puked the part I ate out due to disgust, and instead of treating me (a customer) with kindness they refused to give me a refund, the money they received obviously means more to them than valuing their customers. They were busy as heck this morning, but a lady named Margaret was amazing! She did everything to make our visit perfect in spite of our sort of special orders, I hope her boss sees this because she is amazing!
