Very slow and disorganized.
Good grief do better. We got two medium fries and two McDoubles. Onions on the OUTSIDE of the bun. Grease for days. And ketchup everywhere. Come on. Fries was easily a small but I mean, whatever. I should have known. They just don’t care in Appomattox.
Wait times are longer than most McDonald's, you can stand around for several minutes or more before someone takes your order, kitchen is typically messy with food on the floor and grease all over the fryers. Employees rather talk to themselves than get orders out efficiently.
As I stood there waiting for my food, one of the staff members was standing by the burger area on her phone, adjusting her hair...them went immediately back to handling food. A second staff member was standing nearby also using their phone. The food was what one would expect at McDonalds. The drinks were not the expected flavor. With staff playing on phones and adjusting their hair I didnt feel comfortable approaching the staff. The restaurant was clean (including restroom).
RUDE AS HELL!!! As per usual when dealing with Mcdonalds....you will at this location find rude employees, smart asses actually is the better way to put it. Slapped together half ass food if you are one of the lucky ones who actually get food.I asking for a refund after sitting in the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting for 2 breakfast bagels, I WAS YELLED AT, by the manager of all people.
