I left (with no food) after waiting 30 minutes in their drive through parking spots. Over 12 cars left with orders while I waited. Went in the restaurant at the 20 minute mark and was told "they were waiting my fries". Never coming here again. Ever.
We really were just scolded by an older woman working drive thru window #1 for taking too long to order our food. Pulled up to the window and she holds up a homemade sign about us taking so long to order our food stated “they won’t get on you, but they’ll get on us if you take a while to order.” She was rude about it. I don’t care if it’s a McDonald’s thing.. be polite
Ordered two of the play land meals and a happy meal and had to wait 10 minutes for order at 5:00 pm. What’s worse is they didn’t include the collectible souvenirs and I didn’t notice until I got home. Very disappointed.
No one behind me and they make you pull to the side and I get my food and still no cars. All for a metric. Put the customer first!!!!
