False advertising you say your hours are as follows for the drive through 6-12am and I just went to 2 different locations and both drive through window access are closed!!!!! Bullshit better change that so you don’t have mad customers
Twice in the same day I placed an online order in which I now need to wait 7 days for refunds on because they were unable to do their job (take and make orders). At 10:17AM I placed a breakfast order to drive thru pick up. I arrived at 10:20, and proceeded to wait in line for 10 minutes before I reached the speaker at 10:30am. My order is a ripoff. I ordered a large meal and obviously a large meal shall come with a large drink but you guys gave me a small. Nobody specified that I needed to say large drink it should automatically come with a large drink if I have verbally said a large meal and the fries did come as a large and the drink shall as well.
