False advertising you say your hours are as follows for the drive through 6-12am and I just went to 2 different locations and both drive through window access are closed!!!!! Bullshit better change that so you don’t have mad customers
Twice in the same day I placed an online order in which I now need to wait 7 days for refunds on because they were unable to do their job (take and make orders). At 10:17AM I placed a breakfast order to drive thru pick up. I arrived at 10:20, and proceeded to wait in line for 10 minutes before I reached the speaker at 10:30am. I was told, they could not make my online order (probably should make orders as they are placed ??) as it was 10:30 and breakfast stops at 10:30. Fine, I could let that slide.
