I just visited this McDonald’s and had a really frustrating experience. I ordered a Coke, then a burger and fries, and when I asked to make it a meal right after, the employee at the drive through was extremely rude about it. Instead of just adjusting the order, she snapped at me in a condescending tone saying I “should have asked for that before.” There’s no reason to talk to customers like that over such a small and easily fixable request. My wife and I brought our 4 grandchildren over last week and we all enjoyed ourselves. My granddaughter even painted a picture to give to one of the managers named, Sandra
The bathroom was gross, toilet dispenser broken, mop and bucket in the men’s washroom, air hand dryer didn’t work and didn’t have paper. Took 15 minutes to order from a person because the promo for iced coffee never works for me from the self serve kiosks. To save 39 cents it wasn’t worth the hassle lol.
