I found their smoothies to be even sweeter than usual. Clean restaurant, lost of space to sit
Waited in drive thru for over a min at the speaker . Ordered two coffees . Went to first window and they only had one coffee punched in. Got that fixed and then went to second window and got two coffees. But the coffee that they had missed we realized after we drove away was black. This is after I had clarified the order twice. And it was a manager who gave us the coffees
I just visited this McDonald’s and had a really frustrating experience. I ordered a Coke, then a burger and fries, and when I asked to make it a meal right after, the employee at the drive through was extremely rude about it. Instead of just adjusting the order, she snapped at me in a condescending tone saying I “should have asked for that before.” There’s no reason to talk to customers like that over such a small and easily fixable request.
