New, clean restaurant doesn't make up for overpriced food, brusque Hispanohablante staff & now a ban on drink refills and napkins, condiments, and straws hidden behind the counter. McD's value proposition continues to crater. Came in for the "grand opening" hoping things had improved. They haven't.
