Meets corporate standards
Ever since new management took over a month or two ago, this place is a complete and absolute mess. Lines wrapped around the building and slow fulfillment times, orders messed up constantly and always given cold food, and the ice cream machine that never had a problem with the prior management is broken on a near weekly basis. Which basically just means they refuse to clean it. Get it together.
They gave me the wrong order after I told them to that it was wrong and gave me the wrong order again and the manager refused to come talk after one of the employees called me stupid. The managers name is Hellen.
