One of the best McDonald’s we’ve ever been to. A young man at the counter was very polite and very helpful and the food was even good The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

I went to McDonald's in Lakeport California like always from my app I ordered this time I had over 1100 points so I ordered a Mc chicken a double quarter pounder and on my app I tried to get a quarter pounder but they told me at drive thru it was a breakfast sandwich no something is wrong with McDonald's app anyway the manager said I was not charged but I was charged and didn't get the quarter pounder and took the points man that's it 55 yrs going to McDonald's and I will start going to in and out burger the customer service... read more
