I am writing to report a concerning and unsanitary experience my family and I had at the McDonald’s location. While we were waiting to place our order, we observed an employee assigned to the fry station sweeping the floors and then immediately handling fries without washing his hands or changing gloves. There was no handwashing or sanitation step between sweeping the floor and touching food that was being served to customers.
