Was best McDonalds in area but not today. Ordered big breakfast with hot cakes no meat, 20 minutes in advance. Got to store wasn't ready. After I left I found out it had sausage. I am vegetarian. Good thing the sausage was not in contact with biscuit or eggs otherwise I would have had the discard whole meal.
The manager was sooo rude I cannot believe that they hire just anybody of the street! His name was Pablo..lol I ordered through the app which is already a mission in itself but when u get double charged and NOOOOBODY has the decency to speak with me..that is very disturbing! Ended up paying out of pocket instead of paying with my points I have rightfully earned. And then Pablo decides it will be a brilliant idea to just simply make me, the problem lol go away and hang up on me!!! Mcdonalds people! Thank you for such a gracio... read more
