The folks I've interacted with in the drive thru are nice and respectful. Usually order nuggets, chicken sandwiches or burgers from here. Unfortunately, anytime I have gotten the snack wrap or chicken strips they've been tough and chewy. The technical term for it is "woody breast". Whomever this location/McDonald's is sourcing their chicken tenders through needs to improve their quality control. This was the third time Ive gotten a strips that are unedible. For the cost of the strips, I expect at a minimum, quality chicken.
Was best McDonalds in area but not today. Ordered big breakfast with hot cakes no meat, 20 minutes in advance. Got to store wasn't ready. After I left I found out it had sausage. I am vegetarian. Good thing the sausage was not in contact with biscuit or eggs otherwise I would have had the discard whole meal. 4/12/26 another time put meat in my breakfast after I said not to. Should close this place down. Slow, stupid, can't get a simple order correct.
