Went to McDonald’s and asked for a large iced caramel macchiato. When I get to the window they handed me a hot coffee. I let them know that I asked for an iced one to where they proceed to argue and say no I asked for a hot one. Finally they tell me to pull around to the front of the building and they’ll bring it out. I waited like 10 minutes just for them to bring out the same coffee in a different cup that they threw ice over and it was a medium and not a large.
