Food was fresh and fast. Customer service was top tier! Kudos
So, I'd like to not even give 1 star but I guess I'll start there for effort. I come through at least once (most days 2 times) for iced Macchiato.'s... I always pay for extra Carmel drizzle as well. Every single time I order it they always screw it up somehow! It never tastes the same which blows my mind since it's a machine made drink! The employees will argue with me about how much Carmel they put in when I physically sit and watch it be made. The only time the crap is ever right is when Tiffany or Katarina makes it! A majority of the staff is rude and wouldn't visit if I didn't have to. Other food places in town don't have nearly this shitty of a staff. I also remember waiting 20 minutes for a simple black coffee.
