Always busy but they get you food

This McDonald’s is delightful. The staff are very friendly, the manager was on top of things, and more than one person came through the dining room and asked if we needed anything. I don’t know that anyone has ever come to my table in a McDonald’s to check on me. I would definitely come back!
Absolutely horrible experience at the McDonald’s in Shirley. First off, the manager clearly woke up and chose attitude instead of professionalism. She acted like basic customer service was beneath her. All I asked for was a split payment, and you’d think I asked her to solve a math equation from NASA. Total confusion behind the counter — nobody knew what they were doing. The manager? Rude, dismissive, and completely unbothered.
