I ordered two things for table service today. It says Table and the number on the receipt. And they just put it on the counter and don't bring it over. This has been pretty consistently a problem the last few times I visited.
Me and my friends visited the Ballantyne/Blakney area on our e-bikes. My battery was running low and I needed to charge my bike so I could make it home. I brought my portable battery inside the restaurant to plug in and locked my bike outside. Suddenly an older gentleman employee comes up to me with and gives me an attitude and was very passive aggressive even though I respectfully explained why I was plugging in my small battery. AUGUST 2025. 1 star Customer Service at the drive thru. Will try my best to never return. I'm sick and tired of how I am being treated just for being a customer. I did absolutely nothing wrong and I get yelled at or have this disgusting attitude towards me. African American manager. Age 48+ around there. Only in breakfast hours until 12 in the afternoon. And she's a manager too so they are usually immune and untouchable to anything they do something wrong.
