Ordered food online ... drove to McDonald's, waited at the speaker for 15 minutes, and when someone finally answered I was told he can't take any orders theres a system update. I said I had a mobile order. He rudely cut me off and said the app will reimburse you and never spoke again. I will not be returning to this restaurant ever again.
