Waited in drive through for 20 minutes to be told there system was down and was stuck in it for another 20 no minutes just trying to get out.

It was 7:30pm when I tried pick up food from this location. Lights were still, people in the lobby, cars going in the drive through. I try to order and they tell me they are closed for a system error. If you going to close your location for something like that, close and lock your doors, turn down some lights, and put up some signs or cones at the drive through. Quit being lazy and do your job. Wasted my time and gas to drive to this location to get nothing. No food, no service, no atmosphere. Thats a 1 star for me, do bette... read more

tried this location 3 times and last night (3/4/26 at around 5:15 pm) was my last straw with this place. Dealing with wifi issue - cash only, no problem! What's not ok is your lack of management and team experience to deal with the issue. Writing down 10+ orders on one sheet of paper and running that back and forth - my order got lost. It took over 20 minutes to get 3 sandwiches, after waiting 20 minutes to order.
