Manager David Very disappointing experience. David, the manager, provided horrible customer service and had an attitude throughout the interaction. My order was also incorrect, and when I brought it to his attention, there was no effort to correct the mistake or handle the situation professionally. It’s especially concerning when this behavior comes from management. I hope the owner or corporate addresses this issue
you never get food right, and the random hairs and weird things in tho food is nasty. hope yall go outa business
I ordered McDonald’s on DoorDash tonight and I just needed to shout out the staff here. I got a call about 30 minutes after making my order. It was one of the employees calling to let me know that they had seen my door dasher picking at his bare feet while waiting for the order. They told me they refused to give it to him due to food safety concerns (and the obvious point of oh my god that’s disgusting) and they’d be happy to re-make it for me if it took too long for me to find a new door dasher.
