My mother has been a loyal morning customer at this McDonald’s for years, but what happened on October 28th, 2025 at around 9:04 AM (Order #18) was completely unacceptable. She ordered her usual biscuit with egg only (no sausage or cheese), which was already confirmed, and then began to add coffee and a hash brown. Cold dining room and cold food; menus say you can’t sit and eat here and the 2nd McDonalds after Tukwila that no longer give a drink refill. Like Tukwila I won’t be back. Renton location still has a drink machine in the dining room to help yourself and I always get hot fresh food there
