Bro I ordered my food and a medium and large fries alr nothing crazy but they forgot my fries but stuff happens so I came back for them and they only gave me one Fri it's messed up
Anytime you show up at this location they are so shortstaffed and the manager in the morning has always got an attitude because she is more focused on serving the drive-through than helping people who are standing at the counter, specifically senior citizens and/or disabled individuals who don’t know how to or refuse to use The self-serve kiosk. Absolutely Terrible! Hours show they open at 530am but thats ONLY if you order thru the app they won't take your order nor respond to you to explain that this is the reason they are ignoring you in the drive through line. Insane. When i finally figured it out while still in line being ignored i downloaded the app and placed an order only then did they open the window and acknowledge me. When handing me my order I ask why they ignored me? "not my problem" was the response huh? UNBELIEVABLE!
