Absolutely awful. I just wanted an ice Caramel coffee and a mcgriddle. The coffee is bitter with no caramel. Sat at the window watching someone mop, never washing her hands, bandage on her finger, no glove, hair down, then make coffee and touch food. Which I will not eat. Sat at the window for over 5 minutes watching and waiting. I won't go back at all. Absolutely disgusted.
The service and attention I received today were absolutely terrible. They refused to give me my food because breakfast service was about to end, even though I had placed my order in advance via the app—and naturally, it was already paid for. Their only response was, "There's nothing I can do for you; come in earlier."
Shout out to this McDonald’s for making my daughter’s day with a happy meal before it was lunch time. Just got done cheering and wanted a happy meal for the 1 1/2 drive home!
