12/10/25.... 6:00am.... what happened to the familiar faces I see every morning. Be careful, make sure you check your order and have patience with some new hires. There has been a breach of standard in regards to employee expectations and how customers are treated. I thought I was on candid camera this morning dealing with the drive-through cashier.
First time here I asked for a shake. The order taker made a big deal about adding Oreo to it so I just told him to forget it and left. I offered to pay double. SMH heard them laughing in the drive thru speaker as I was leaving. Stopped in today and got short changed due to the penny being discontinued. Pennies are still out there. Don’t short me because you’re too lazy to change the menu prices to reflect the lack of pennies. The cleanest McDonald's we have ever visited. Very friendly staff and the playground was clean and the room smelled clean.
The Hispanic manager lady has HORRIBLE customer service and lack of care for customers PAYING for food. I stood at the counter (waiting to be acknowledged), and I was ignored for almost 10 minutes. She finally came to speak with me and she automatically said, "The counter is closed" and for me to order from the kiosk (which did not work for the selection I chose on ANY of the kiosks) I told her that I tried multiple times and I even brought up the screen to show her.
