Typical McDonald's restaurant. Love using my rewards points to get a quick meal through the drive through. It would be nice have more choices of sodas through the drive through.
I had to wait an extra 15 minutes to get my takeout order when it was already done but, no one called my 3-digit number. Finally getting really annoyed I saw my order just standing there in the back tried ask an employee for help they all absent-minded. When I tried to grab it and show my receipt some random off the clock "McDonalds" girl employe blocks me from get my order that I paid for! I was about to curse her out! The guy who was taking the orders and at the window, he had curly hair and glasses on, he was very polite, friendly, and kind to us. He made sure we had everything in our order even though it looked like he was working by himself and the drive thru was pretty full. He definitely has some of the best patience I have seen. This young man deserves a raise!!
Not sure what happened to this location, but it went from a great fast food restaurant to the worst customer service I’ve ever received on a consistent basis. Incorrect orders and terrible attitude. Whoever’s running this place now it’s not good.
