New in the area and only gone twice to this McDonald’s and both times I had a disappointing experience. I’m sure it’s a manager who’s come to the window to hand me my food because he’s older and has a different uniform on. There is zero customer service. No greeting, no smile. Just swings the bag out to you and shuts his window. Despite waiting at the first window to pay, no one came to accept payment. No instruction was given to pay at the first versus the second window. So, after the vehicles in front of us moved out, we proceeded to the next window to, presumably, pay. We were chastised for not waiting at the previous window (despite waiting there for at least several minutes, listening to the loud and unprofessional music blasting through the open window). We paid. We received our food without any courtesy and without napkins or straws. Shame on... read more
