Whoever is packaging the to go/delivery orders needs some training. I ordered breakfast and they put the coffee in the bag, without a cup holder. So naturally, the coffee spilled and my entire meal was ruined. I only get one 30 minute lunch break so now I have to go the entire day without eating
Did a mobile order pick up for breakfast and the hotcakes were literally freezer burned and when touched felt like rubber and cutting into them felt like cardboard
