It took my daughter over 40 minutes to get her food. And she order online. Also when my husband went earlier that day they were out of coke. This is the 4th time in two months they been out of coke.
A woman is standing in the kitchen area, taking her time to come to the counter, leaving customers waiting in place. When asked about the Hello Kitty toy, she only says, "We don't have any Hello Kitty toys." It's hard to believe they don't have even one. She's lying without a second thought; what a terrible store.
I live within a minute of this location, and used to go here all the time. This location has gone completely downhill since transitioning to family ownership under the Marroquin family. The quality and customer service have plummeted. My order has been gotten wrong six times in a row. When I politely asked to fix a burger they got wrong, the manager gave me major attitude instead of just taking accountability and making it right.
