Everytime I order through the drive through, I get a wrong order. One simple way to fix this is for McD's to require that ALL their wait staff MUST confirm the order listing all items in the order BEFORE handing it to the customer! I tried to contact the manager (at 6770 Rriverside Place NW Albuquerque, NM 87120). The counter person assured me the manager couldn't speak to me unless I spoke spanish, which I do not.
This location is always a hit or miss. It lacks consistency. Fries are over salted, they always forget the dipping sauce and the chicken nuggets are overcooked. I'll stick to the McDonald's on golf course!
Waited ten minutes for the wrong order that was obviously thrown together with zero care. Avoid this location
