I come here all the time because it is the closest mcdonalds to my home and each and every time without fail I have to come back because im missing something. If you want to order more than 3 items, be ready to have to come back because they missed something. For example I had an order with 2 cheeseburger meals, a big Mac, a 6six peice, and 2 hot and spices and I noticed I was missing the nuggets, came back got the nuggets went home. Cool as always
Would say the food was great but didn’t even receive it because yall wanted to tell me you didn’t received order but yet you were able to cancel it from your end? That makes no sense whatsoever. I order here all the time because it’s closest to my work and convenient but honestly going out my way for better quality service is probably what I’m going to start doing. You only have 2 managers that are absolutely amazing. The BOYS don’t care and would rather just receive their paychecks.
I ordered through the app and went to pick up my food. When I got home I was missing a food item. I went back to pick it up. When I told the drive thru person they got the manager and she argued with me saying she did the order herself and she "definitely" put the sandwich in the order. She argued for awhile with me. I told her "Why would I drive all the way back if I had the sandwich?" She finally gave me my missing sandwich. She was very unprofessional.
