Ordered via the McD mobile app. I go to the drive-thru to pick up my order and they instruct me to pull ahead, park and someone will bring out my order. After waiting 10 minutes, I decide to go in the building to see what's taking so long, as my order was pretty simple. I walk up to the counter and I count at least 6 workers with a lackadaisical attitude standing around not doing much. No one acknowledges me, so I have to say, "Excuse me" to get anyone's attention.
