Ordered online about 10. Waited on food ..it was cold Apple pie was about 3 days old. Staff seemed aggravated i was there at 10pm... hit this driving through to Cleveland. We were the only car there
Sitting in the drive through for half an hour and can't even get out since the line goes all around me. Barely moving every few minutes. They take orders 2 to 1 in the outside lane. I just got out with my food with a total of 32 minutes and it tastes like it was cooked 15 minutes ago.
Very poor service extremely rude, multiple times orders have been wrong and staff wants to argue with customer over the orders
