I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Yorkville McDonald’s located at 2007 South Bridge Street on June 24, 2026, at approximately 5:42 PM. I ordered two Happy Meals—one with a plain cheeseburger and one with a 6-piece Chicken McNugget. While my order was prepared quickly, it was incorrect. Instead of a plain cheeseburger, I received one with lettuce and Mac Sauce, requiring me to return to the restaurant after I had already served dinner to my two young children. Went inside this time. It was clean and the food was fresh!
My burger had a hair on it and had the customer service was one of the worst even for McDonald’s
