Last several visits the orange juice machine is broken, seems like the orange juice is becoming like the ice cream machines, always broke down.
0 Stars — Absolutely Ridiculous Experience If I could give zero stars, I would. We paid at 10:01 and didn’t get our food until 10:22. We were told to pull into spot #1 and wait—over 20 minutes. After calling to let them know we were still waiting, the food finally came out cold. When we asked for fresh fries, the employee sarcastically responded, “Would you like to wait another 20 minutes for more?” Seriously? At that point, we were over it. Assistant Mgr was yelling and down grading the workers up by the counter in view of all the customers instead of talking to them in back. Made for a crappy atmosphere. So I left before I finished my meal. One employee, who you can tell has a mental disability, was constantly checking on the customers and trying to be cheerful. Wished I could have gotten her name so I could send praise about her to corporate.
