Can we all take a moment to appreciate that McDonald’s fries are basically edible gold? Crispy, salty, and somehow capable of fixing a bad day in about three bites. I also want to talk about the new McFlurry cups? Who approved these? The old cups let you keep the flurry inside the cup instead of the new ones being open and messy. The fries are still legendary, the burgers still hit the spot, but I’m starting a completely unnecessary campaign to bring back the classic McFlurry cups. My ice cream deserves to be seen.
Today is the last time I'm visiting this facility. Five times I have ordered through the app and gone to pick up my drive-thru order to find their 18-wheeler delivery truck parked in such a way as to block both the drive-thru entrances. This brilliant choice makes it impossible for customers to access the thing they have paid for without going inside the closed lobby or literally driving past the drive-through speaker and backing into the lane to access the speaker. Both my chicken sandwich and my husband big mac was not fresh or even warm. I am very surprised because their food is ALWAYS FRESH..

Had an app mix up earlier today where it placed my order to a McDonald’s farther away from where I was. Came in, explained the issue to the manager on duty, Anthony, and he took care of it right away even though it was not his mistake. Can’t thank him enough for that as the McDonald’s the order ended up going to was unwilling to help in any way when I called them.
