Terrible service today! For starters I tried to use the app to place my order and it kept adding a keychain onto the order. There was no way to delete it. Cancelled the order and tried to do it several more times and it kept adding the keychain, and it was also doing it on the mobile terminals! Finally changed my order from a full breakfast order to just a coffee. Placed the coffee order thru the mobile app, and waited at the table for it to be delivered. I went here today and I regret not getting food from Costco instead. The McDouble I received went straight into the trash. No onions, burger patties were dry and old, 2 sad pickles, barely any ketchup or mustard. I didn't ask for any modifications, this is just how they made it. Unfortunately this isn't just a specific location issue, it's the deterioration of standards across the whole industry.

Ordered through skip tonight. Luckily skip reimbursed me for the extras I spent to get one burger and didn't get any of the extra stuff. Also bought a happy meal and got no toy child was quite upset. Tried to call tonight and cant even leave a voicemail. Just to let them know someone should be checking what they are suppose to be making. 🤷‍♀️
