I couldn't navigate their automated ordering system. I wanted one thing to go and they wanted me to take a plastic number and sit at a table. I made a third choice; I left
We just left the McDonald's in Whiteville, NC. We ended up walking out without the food we ordered after 15 minutes. At 10:45 we ordered fries, cookies and a small coffee. After 10 minutes we got the coffee but they had just started the cookies, and said they weren't serving lunch yet. We had already been told 5 minutes earlier that they were working on the cookies and they could go ahead and do the fries before 11:00. In the meantime there was a lot of arguing going on back there.
