I went in with my cousin worker and we ordered our food separately but sat in the same booth. The food was as good as to be expected. My coworker got his food delivered to the table first. A few minutes later I saw a young blonde girl come walk right by me and I noticed that was my food. As she got a few booths away I said again that order was mine. Was in the drive through at 6:33 pm. Vehicles were at a standstill both in front and behind me. Customers were pulling out and leaving. Finally at 7:03 I was at the window to pick up my order. This is “fast food” ? Where is management ? This seems to be a regular occurrence at McDonalds in Jamestown. Very poor customer service.
