I ordered at the drive thru and then the employee stopped taking my order half way thru the order . I was left talking to myself ... I then decided to go inside were I spent a half hour waiting for a happy meal and they had the obesity to ask me what i was waiting for . I did let the manager know what had happened all I got was a non sincere apology (some guy ) no compensation . That is not good customer service .hope they do better
Asked for 5 dollar meals got 2 HAPPY MEALS NO APPLES IN EITHER BOX....MY KIDS WERE UPSET ..WONT BE GOING TO THIS MACDONALDS AGAIN....THEY CHEAT YOU OTTA FOOD...
The restaurant has a nice interior design, and the background music created a pleasant mood for dinner.
One of the drive threw speakers wasn't working. So I had to go inside. Gave who I think was the manager my code. Got my food. And my 4 yr old took a bite of his BURGER WHEN I ASKED FOR IT PLAIN AND IT HAD KETCHUP ONIONS.
I've been coming to this McDonald's for over 25 years, and in all of that time, they have been capable of screwing up even the simplest order. It's actually legitimately fascinating, and should possibly be studied.
