Extremely slow store. The guy manager at night doesn’t seem to work and always on his phone and steps outside frequently to be on his phone. I’ve never seen employees move as slow as they do. Too much talking not enough working. Food at times seems cold and old. Too go orders don’t seem to be a priority, long wait times and they do drive thru orders first.
Went to the second drive through to order and was told to hold on. After a minute another car pulled up to the first lane, ordered, and pulled forward. I asked if anyone was there and they finally asked for my order. I started ordering and wrong items were showing up on the screen. I tried to correct it and no one responded. After several attemps I ended up driving away after another car showed up to the first lane, ordered, and pulled forward.
I like this sonic just real slow lately. Seems they are short handed alot
This is one of my favorite locations! Even during busy times they get things moving along quickly and the food is always on point. Vanessa is awesome and even took the time to show me how to use the app!
