Went late one night after my boyfriend got off night shift, and the person at the speaker was incredibly rude and very crappily said they wouldn’t be taking any orders. We tried to ask what to do if we had already paid for a mobile order and he interrupted before we could get the question out just to repeat himself again except this time much louder and aggressive. I don’t know who the worker is but as a person who also works customer service there is no need to be that rude when you were unclear yourself in the first place.... read more
