Just close your doors. You can't even hand me my pick up order in the drive thru? I was completely exhausted and didn't want to get out of my car. I'd ordered and paid thru the app. And you refused to hand me my order. I had to drive around, park and walk in to pick it up. It was right there waiting! Horrible service.
Just trash. Coffee was disgusting and the steak biscuit was burnt out and horrible
This is the Third time I been told these people to properly fill the french fries in the trays, this is a large and they filled it half way like are they so concerned about mcdonalds fries that sit out for long time and are not even fresh, do these employees not have proper training on how to properly fill the containers! seriously they should get sued for false advertising and downsizing in portions! so tired of this place
They never get your order correct, always one or multiple items missing. This is THEE worst McDonalds location in East Central Illinois. They want higher wages but cant even remember to put your $6 sandwich in the bag. Pathetic service. I will no longer be spending my hard earned dollars at this location. I hope it goes under.
