I was at the drive tru at 1:09 AM I tried to call through the phone. They answer to hang out right away. They don’t even say hi when I asked at the window if the phone is not working, they say no they have a bad attitude. I think I’m not gonna come back because they’re rude. They have one line closed so I’ve been on the drive-through for at least 30 minutes. Bad service bad customer service. My Food was cold and the fries old if I can put Zero stars I will do it

Absolutely ridiculous, how do you manage to forget 1/3 items we ordered? We have a problem everytime we come here, and today was the last straw. Whoever owns this franchise needs to vet who they hire, because the night crew has a work ethic and attitude that is not worth even minimum wage. 😒

Yamille or whatever her name was was rushing me when i pulled up to order. My phone has had poor service in the south valley today. As I was trying to add rewards i had and add it to pick up. My new car has noise cancelling if windows are up so as i pull up i got my phone out of my purse and opened the app. She was already irritated for some reason.
