I am very disappointed in this particular McDonald's on Andrews Highway in Midland. They used to have the best personnel and hot food. Now...they take an extremely long time from the point of order to payment to the food window. With the time delays, food gets cold and frozen drinks melt. The fact that I pay full price for a frozen drink implies that I expect the drink to be as advertised...frozen. in addition I asked if the fries were cold due to sitting for nearly 20 minutes.
