They charge you for items they ‘forget’ to add to the bag on delivery orders and then the only resolution is to make you drive to the store to pick up the missing items. I paid $30 for ten nuggets, they forgot the fries. No refunds, zero customer care. Dont even waste your time calling into the 800 number, theyll put you on hold for 10 minutes and do nothing.
Literally the most unorganized McDonald’s on the planet . The workers genuinely have no clue what they are doing and need help Bad. I ordered a kids meal with no toy and no salt on fries and two cheese burgers they gave me a grilled cheese sandwich with a drink . Where is the confusion especially when I was supposed to have nuggets . Every single time with no hesitation they mess up every order . Get it together fr.
