Albuquerque must have an out-of-control vagrant problem and McD's is trying to manage their challenge. Everything is locked (the restroom). They were short employees and it took about 10 minutes to get our to-go order. Fries were cold. Not impressed with the product, service or atmosphere. There's a better McDonald's
The lady taking my order removed my discount from my ticket after I scanned it from my app. She proceeded to blame my app saying it wasn't her fault, it was the app. So the price was totally wrong. After explaining to her that it was wrong she continued to tell her co worker in spanish that " I want to eat but didnt want to pay for it. Little did she know I speak Spanish and understood everything she was telling her co worker. I would highly recommend employees get training in customer service. The food wasn't bad, but when I got my drink it wasn't fully filled it was probably about 3/4's, when it was a more expensive drink which is saddening, the fries were also slightly cold other than that it was ok.
